Luv 2 Stamp Group Blog Hop - Birthday!!

Welcome to the Luv 2 Stamp Group’s 2022 Blog Hop! We are excited to share projects with you this year, and we hope to inspire you to create beautiful new projects. Each month we will have a different theme based on the next month’s celebrations using Stampin’ Up! products.
Once you are done with each post, scroll down to the bottom and you will see a list of Blog Hop participants. You can click on their name to go to their post or you can click the "Next Blog" button to go to the next post in line. Happy crafting! This month’s theme is Birthday.

The first two suites that caught my eye
when the new annual catalog came out were Hues of Happiness and Cup of Tea. The colors make me so happy! As a hobbyist Stampin' Up! demonstrator and papercrafter, I very much enjoy sharing my projects and sending cards to my book club ladies, special friends and favorite family members.  (Yes, I DO have favorites!)

For this month's blog hop I made a "W card," using both the Hues of Happiness and Cup of Tea suites. Product list: Hues of Happiness DSP Night of Navy, Fresh Freesia, Starry Sky, and Basic White (cardstock) White embossing powder Stitched Rectangle Dies 2021-2023 In Color Opal Rounds White Baker's Twine

Love 2 Stamp Group Blog Hop - Hoppy Easter!!!

Welcome to the Luv 2 Stamp Group’s 2022 Blog Hop! We are excited to share projects with you this year, and we hope to inspire you to create beautiful new projects. Each month we will have a different theme based on the next month’s celebrations using Stampin’ Up! products.

For these pretty Easter cards, I used the Daffodil Daydream Bundle and Dies from the Mini Catalog, and the Daffodil Afternoon Designer Series Paper from the Sale-A-Bration catalog.
I used the Scalloped Contour Dies for the labels, and used the Brushed Brass Butterflies and Polished Dots embellishments. The cardstock is Daffodil Delight, Crushed Curry and Pear Pizzazz.

As a hobbyist Stampin' Up! demonstrator and papercrafter, I very much enjoy sharing my projects and sending cards to my book club ladies, special friends and favorite family members.  (Yes, I DO have favorites!)

Such a fun card to make! Thank you to Sharon Lim for the awesome video tutorial!

Abstract Beauty DSP
Painted Labels Dies

And because Mack, my Golden Retriever, was a naughty boy, I had to make the second one because he did a sneak attack on the first one, and then tried to blame the cat!

In the Wild

I will admit I wasn’t crazy about the In the Wild DSP, but as part of my efforts to get ALL the current catalog’s DSP used up, I dug in and found inspiration from Chelsea Christensen. I’m really happy with these, and I love this little “funfold mini streamline” card.

Pansy Patch Bundle

This is such a pretty set.
But, boy, lots of pieces for just this card alone.

But the outcome makes me happy.

What's Cookin'?

This cute little two-drawer box was so fun to make!

and Linen Thread for the bow

Pansies!!!

I have officially used up every piece of my Pansy Petals DSP!
This was the last of it.

No sentiments on these.
So often I wish I had blank cards to customize later.

Luv 2 Stamp Group Blog Hop - Love!

Welcome to the Luv 2 Stamp Group’s 2022 Blog Hop! We are excited to share projects with you this year, and we hope to inspire you to create beautiful new projects. Each month we will have a different theme based on the next month’s celebrations using Stampin’ Up! products.

Sweet Conversations Bundle

Sometimes the catalog is a great source for inspiration when ideas just aren't forthcoming.

I CASEd this sweet little card from Page 10 of Stampin' Up!'s new mini catalog using the Sweet Conversations bundle.

The card base is Blushing Bride cardstock, cut to 8"x 8" and scored at 4".
The card front is stamped with the little dots using Petal Pink ink.
The Sweet Talk DSP is cut to 2"x 6" and layered onto the Blushing Bride cardstock cut to 2"x7".
I stamped four hearts using Petal Pink, Daffodil Delight, Pool Party and Highland Heather inks, and used the dies from the Sweet Conversations bundle to cut them out.
The sentiment is stamped on Pool Party cardstock using Highland Heather ink, and die cut using the stitched rectangle dies. Dimensionals were used under the Highland Heather cardstock to pop up that whole center piece, and the Baker's Twine was colored with a Light Highland Heather Blends pen.
