More Inked Botanicals
This is a fun way to make something that looks complicated when it's really very simple.
I started with a piece of DSP cut to 5" x 3 3/4", then placed the sentiment in the center.
Cut four strips whatever width you like. I think narrower strips look better. These are a little on the wider side.
Place the strips one at a time around the sentiment (they will overhang your DSP), and then trim the overhang flush with the DSP.
Finally, place the DSP onto a cardstock mat, then place that onto the card.

For this card I used:
Inked Botanicals DSP
Stylish Shapes dies
Crafting with You sentiment
Calypso Coral/VV cardstock
Crushed Curry, Pretty Peacock, and Calypso Coral ink
Inked Botanicals

This is a fun and simple way to use up leftover strips of DSP. Each strip is cut to
3/4 " x 3 7/8" and layered on a mat cut to 5 3/8" x 4 1/8", then placed on a regular card base of 5 1/2 x 4 1/4".

Sweet Citrus - Three-step Funfold Card
Today’s project is a card that I made for a monochromatic challenge using the colore orange (my personal favorite), and I also wanted to try this three-step funfold card that somebody had shared last week.

Using Up Those Bits and Pieces to Make Beautiful Quilt Cards
Really, the embossing folders make these
"quilts" come to life by giving them added depth and texture.
"quilts" come to life by giving them added depth and texture.

For the Flying Geese quilt card, I used the following Stampin' Up! products:
Crafting with You bundle
Radiating Stitches dies
Basics 3D embossing folder
Bright & Beautiful designer series paper (DSP)
White center specialty paper
Berry Burst and Misty Moonlight ink
Crumb Cake, Basic Black, Basic White and Berry Burst Cardstock
Holographic Specialty Paper (for the scissors)
For the Pinwheel quilt card, I used the following Stampin' Up! products:
Crafting with You Bundle
Radiating Stitches dies
Basics 3D embossing folder
Stargazing DSP
In Color Textured Specialty Paper
Holographic Specialty Paper
Basic Black, Basic White and Crumb Cake Cardstock
Calypso Coral ink
The Pinwheel quilt squares use two 3 x 3/4" strips of DSP (one in each color), and two 3 x 3/4" strips of white cardstock. This is a great way to use up smaller pieces of leftover DSP.
The Flying Geese quilt squares use two 3 x 3/4" strips of DSP for the small triangles, and two
6 x 3/4" strips for the larger triangles.

All About Autumn
This has been a fun suite to play with during the month of September, as we get ready for Fall.
And I am so ready for Fall and the cooler weather it brings.
Little 3x3 note cards CASEd right from the catalog.
I was surprised that it actually holds a whole bag of mini Dove Bars.
Stamping the background to make my own DSP
This little piece of DSP with the leaves was my favorite from the 6x6 pack.
Popup gatefold with belly band (to keep it from sproinging open).
This "couch" paper was a challenge for me (where/how to use it).
Gift card holder
I hope you've enjoyed some of my All About Autumn projects. If you have any questions, let me know. Everything is from the current Annual Catalog.

Luv 2 Stamp Group Blog Hop - CASEing the Catalog

This month's theme is "CASE the Catalog"
I knew that to "CASE" something meant to copy it, for lack of a better term.
It actually means "Copy and Share Everything." (I had to look it up.)
For this month's Blog Hop, I chose the Les Shoppes Suite from the annual catalog, and CASEd a very basic and easy card from Page 30.
This very simple card features three ink colors: Granny Apple Green, Fresh Freesia, and Daffodil Delight.
The die under the Happy Birthday sentiment is from the Tailor Made Dies.
Three colors of cardstock were also used: Granny Apple Green, Fresh Fresia, and Basic White. Add the adhesive-backed sequins....and voila!!
